Use Stock Scan Home and Today

Home is where your shift starts. It shows the selected warehouse's work for today and the jobs you can pick up next.

What's on Home

From top to bottom:

Part of Home What it's for
Warehouse name The warehouse you are working in. Tap it to change warehouse.
Stock and All Work Browse stock and bins, or see every open job in one list.
Today tiles Four tiles for today: Inbound today, Production today, Transfers arriving and Needs my action.
Pick orders One tile per warehouse with orders waiting. It shows how many orders are waiting, ready to pick and in progress.
Work sections Continue, Needs Attention, Parked, Waiting for Me, Ready Now and Suggested. Only sections with work appear.
See all work Opens the full list when Home can't show everything.

The account menu at the top holds Settings, your organizations and Sign out.

Read the Today tiles

Tap a tile to open its list.

Tile What it shows Tap to
Inbound today Deliveries due, as "3 arriving · 1 delivered". Open the day's inbound list.
Production today Production runs planned for today. Open the runs and their tasks.
Transfers arriving Transfers on the way to this warehouse. Open Transfers.
Needs my action Items waiting on you, such as a transfer request to approve. Open the list and act on each item.

A small dot and a Last updated time mean the tile is showing saved data. Reconnect to refresh it. Not loaded yet — needs a connection. means the tile has no data yet.

Work through the day's deliveries

  1. Tap Inbound today.
  2. Read the list. Each supplier shipment has its own row, showing its purchase order, supplier and the last digits of its tracking number.
  3. Look for the status on each row. Delivered means the shipment is marked delivered. Late means it was due on an earlier day and hasn't been received yet.
  4. Tap a shipment to open its purchase order with that shipment already chosen, then tap Receive. See Receive with Stock Scan.
  5. Use Previous day and Next day to look ahead, or See all open POs to find any open order.

Late items stay on today's list until they are received.

Pick up a job from the work sections

  1. Find the job in Continue (your saved work), Ready Now (work you can start) or another section.
  2. Tap the card to open it.
  3. If the card says Updating…, wait. The phone is still sending your last change.

Ready Now is also where you start Count inventory, Move inventory and Manage bins.

If something goes wrong

What you see What to do
This order ships to another warehouse. Switch warehouse on Home to receive it. Tap the warehouse name at the top of Home and choose the order's warehouse.
Session ended on a tile Your access changed. See offline work and recovery.
Cached projection · reconnect before starting on a card Reconnect, then open the card again.
A tile stays empty Pull down to refresh. Check your connection.
