01 — Tell us what is not working
Share the workflow your team is struggling with, what you use today, where the current process breaks down, and what an ideal solution would help you do faster or more reliably.
If your team is stuck on an operational workflow no Shopify app handles well, tell us about it. Selected Design Partners help shape a new build — and get a free, indefinite license to use it.
Most software starts with a feature list. Zapstra's Design Partner Program starts with the workflows merchants are still forced to manage by hand.
We are especially interested in operational problems involving purchasing, receiving, supplier coordination, inventory accuracy, landed cost, bundle/component workflows, forecasting, replenishment, multi-location operations, reporting gaps, and other areas where current tools create too much manual work. Not every submission will become a product, and not every applicant will be accepted. When there is a strong fit, selected Design Partners may help shape the solution and receive no-charge access to the applicable product or module under the Design Partner Program Terms.

Zapstra will review the submission and generally aims to respond within 7 business days. Depending on fit, we may accept the submission, ask for more detail, refer you to an existing solution, invite you to a standard beta, recommend a custom project, or pass if the problem is not aligned with our roadmap.
Accepted Design Partners may participate in discovery calls, workflow reviews, early product walkthroughs, beta testing, and periodic feedback. In return, selected partners may receive no-charge access to the applicable product or module, subject to the Design Partner Program Terms.
Help Zapstra understand the real workflow, edge cases, and operational details behind the problem.
Test pre-release, beta, or early-access versions before broader commercial release.
Work directly with Zapstra through calls, email, or support conversations to refine the product.
If your organization is accepted and remains in good standing, Zapstra may provide no-charge access for the accepted Shopify shop, subject to the Program Terms.
The goal is not a generic feature request. The goal is to turn a real operational gap into software that can support merchants with similar problems.
The Design Partner Program is meant to create a clear, fair working relationship. The summary below explains the main expectations. Full details are available in the Design Partner Program Terms.
Submitting a workflow or idea does not guarantee acceptance, product access, no-charge access, custom development, compensation, or any other benefit. Only organizations expressly accepted by Zapstra in writing are eligible for Design Partner benefits.
Zapstra owns the software, products, modules, workflows, designs, documentation, and related materials it develops, including products shaped by Design Partner submissions, ideas, workflows, or feedback.
Submitting an idea, workflow, feature request, pain point, or feedback does not create an ownership interest, royalty, revenue share, equity claim, attribution right, or compensation right.
Accepted Design Partners may receive no-charge access to the applicable product or module for one accepted Shopify shop, subject to usage limits, technical limits, continued product availability, active participation, and compliance with Zapstra's terms.
Design Partner products may be alpha, beta, pre-beta, preview, or early-access products. They may contain bugs, incomplete safeguards, workflow interruptions, or data-processing errors. You should review outputs and use early versions with appropriate care.
Zapstra will protect non-public merchant-specific operational details and store data as described in the Program Terms. Design Partners agree not to disclose Zapstra's non-public product plans, roadmap details, screenshots, pre-release workflows, demos, or beta details without approval.
Zapstra will not publicly use your name, logo, testimonial, or case study without separate written approval. You may not publicly share Zapstra screenshots, demos, roadmap information, unreleased features, or performance claims without Zapstra's approval.
Participation is governed by the Design Partner Program Terms, Zapstra Terms of Service, and Zapstra Privacy Policy.
