# Zapstra

> Zapstra builds operations-grade e-commerce software for Shopify merchants.

Zapstra is a software company focused on solving complex operational problems for Shopify stores. Our product lines are organized under four pillars: Flow (order operations), Pulse (analytics), Forge (product tooling), and Edge (storefront performance).

Our flagship product is **BundlesIQ** (under the Flow pillar) — an operations-grade Shopify bundle management app. BundlesIQ maps bundle ("ghost SKU") products to their component SKUs so merchants can run bundles with fulfillment accuracy, inventory integrity, and reporting behavior that matches their workflow.

**Key capabilities of BundlesIQ:**

- **Handling modes** — Four modes (Hybrid, Reporting, Operational, Parent-Only/BOM) that control how bundle orders are represented after processing
- **Pricing allocation** — Automatically distributes the bundle price across components using uniform percentage or per-component discount strategies
- **3PL support** — Prevents premature warehouse imports by tagging/holding orders until bundle processing completes
- **Draft order support** — Processes bundles in draft orders for B2B and wholesale workflows
- **Inventory sync** — Derives bundle availability from component stock levels
- **Health monitoring** — Dashboard showing processing status, errors, and flags

BundlesIQ works exclusively on Shopify and processes orders after they are created. It does not provide a storefront bundle builder or modify carts at checkout.
